Donald J. Dufour, D.D.S. -
Dr. Donald Dufour was raised in Somerset, MA and graduated from Bishop Connolly High School in 1978, Tufts University in 1982 (where he majored in Biology and Classical Studies) and is a 1986 graduate of the Loyola University School of Dentistry in Maywood, IL. While in dental school, he was inducted into Delta Sigma Delta, a dental honors fraternity. Upon graduation, he took over the long-standing practice of Dr. Roland Chouinard in Fall River's Flint section and then, as demands for the practice's expansion and office space increased, relocated his office to its' current location in the Lizzies Professional Building, more conveniently located in the center of the city of Fall River.
During the course of his career, Dr. Dufour has prided himself on his principals of honesty and fairness in dealing with his patients. He feels that the best treatment plans are usually the least invasive and that each patient's individual dental needs require a multifaceted approach which is balanced between the patient's wishes and the practical reality of the general state of their dentition.

During the course of his long career, Dr. Dufour has served as the President of the Fall River Dental Society, been a member of the Southeastern District of the Massachusetts Dental Society (serving as a member of the peer review committee), the Academy of General Dentistry and has also been a member of the American Dental Association.
As a general dentist, he enjoys the privilege of being able to treat a patient's variety of dental needs, whether they include root canals, extractions, restorative or cosmetic work, or replacing missing teeth by means of dentures, fixed prosthetics (crowns and bridges) or implants. More importantly, he enjoys getting to know his patients and their families on a personal level, and treats them with a level of respect and dignity that inspires trust and confidence.

Dr. Joseph Reidy -
Dr. Joseph Reidy was born in Fall River and raised in Somerset, where he graduated from Somerset High School in 1993. He is a graduate of Tufts University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in 1997. He went on to continue his education at Tufts University and there he received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2001. While at Tufts University, he received the Greatest Achievement Award from the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. Dr. Reidy is a member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Association.
Dr. Reidy has a simple philosophy, which is to treat every patient with compassion, professionalism, and a gentle touch.One of the things that he most enjoys about dentistry is the ability to help people feel better about themselves while improving their oral health. As a general dentist, he looks forward to solving his patients' dental challenges, whether it is a broken front tooth, a toothache, or replacing missing teeth. Dr. Reidy acknowledges that each patient is different, and that what works for one patient may not necessarily be right for the next. He is committed to providing comprehensive, quality dental care while making sure patients are informed and comfortable with their treatment plan. Dr. Reidy's goal is to provide his patients with personalized, high-quality comprehensive care and to treat patients as he would want to be treated.
